Rachael O’ Meara Curran
Yoga Instructor
Rachael’s journey with movement began at age 3 when she attended her first Irish Dance class. In 2015
she began touring the world with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance and also performed the female
lead role on the Westend. The practice of Yoga allowed her to heal both mentally and physically after a
dance related injury and it is her passion to share the benefits with others. Through her extensive dance
career and lack of wellbeing education within the dance industry, she decided to become a yoga
teacher.
Rachael teaches movement in a holistic way, showing students how to make poses work for their body
instead of trying to mold their body to the poses. Her classes are alchemy of mindfulness, movement
and meditation that explore how to find freedom within movement and stillness.
It is her deepest intention that each student realizes there is no pressure to perform on their yoga mat,
only move and breathe. She hopes you leave class feeling comfortable and confident; in your practice, in
knowing how your mind and body works and in yourself.
She has a 200hr YTT, is also qualified in Yoga Nidra, Core Strength Vinyasa Anatomy and Kids Yoga.
