Niamh was first introduced to the physical yoga practice while travelling as a teenager, and was immediately drawn in by the emphasis on not only the body but also the mind. Her yoga practice wasn’t consistent from the get-go, but she always found herself back on the mat whenever she needed to find a sense of grounding and connection. In 2017, Niamh carried out her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Dublin and has enjoyed teaching ever since. In her classes, Niamh focuses on pairing her studies in psychology and sustainability with yoga movement and philosophy. Her classes are challenging but accessible for all levels, as she offers variations and adjustments. The intention behind all of Niamh’s classes is that you find a sense of connection with others off the yoga mat, by finding a connection with the self on the mat.
