Anna Olsson
Yoga Instructor
Anna has been teaching in Ireland and abroad for the past 8 years. She sought out the practice in an attempt to find a cure for a busy and unsettled mind. It was an instant realisation that the mat was the right place for it. The yoga taught her to connect with her body, her breath and her inner life. This made her feel that her scattered sense of self could be restored to a sense of wholeness. When Anna first got into teaching, it developed out of her passion for yoga. She completed her first teacher training with Bikram Choudhury in LA in 2012. At this point, she didn't want to be a teacher. As it turned out, she found it tremendously rewarding to share her passion with others and set out to learn more. Anna holds a 500RYT certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa (200h It’s Yoga Nicaragua, 2015; 300h Tattvaa Yoga Rishikesh, 2019) and has additional qualifications in Rocket Yoga (RYT50h Its Yoga Fuerteventura, 2016), Yoga Nidra (RYT50h Womb Yoga, 2017) and Yin Yoga (RYT50h Yoga Sunshine, 2018). She is competent in -Pranayama -Mindfulness -Buddhist Meditation -Vipassana She often incorporates elements of these practices into her classes as a complement to the asana practice. Anna is a travel bug! She makes frequent trips to India and other parts of the world to pursue further learning. Teaching means sharing what we know, what we love and what we believe in. Anna teaches from the heart so that she can guide with love, patience and compassion.
