Public Health Safety Statement
Updated 28th February 2022
Welcome back to our in-studio classes.
We are staggering class times where possible, to limit congregation in waiting areas and reduce the number of people in the building at one time.
-
Classes will be limited in capacity to ensure sufficient distance between mats.
-
Each studio has an air exchange system and replace air from outside sources while studios are in use.
-
We have rental mats and studio props which are cleaned daily. Please bring your own mat to the studio and your own props if you feel it is necessary.
-
As always, classes will be run on a first-come/first-served basis and we strongly encourage booking in advance to secure your spot.
-
There will be a €10 charge for a no-show booked less than two hours before a class. With reduced class numbers, we want to make sure everyone who wants to come to class can get a spot, and so we want to deter people from booking if they have no intention of showing up.
-
We are avoiding cash payments at any of our locations during this time. Please make payments online in advance if possible so we can keep contact with computers and card machines to an absolute minimum.
We all have a part to play in keeping the community safe and healthy and all previous guidelines issued by Yoga Dublin still apply:
-
Please do not attend the studio if you have a cough, a temperature or any other flu-like symptoms.
-
Please practice good hand hygiene. Wash your hands regularly and make use of hand sanitiser provided in the reception area.
-
Please cough/sneeze into a tissue or your elbow, never your hand. Tissues should be disposed of in a closed container immediately after use.
-
Above all, please practice respect and mindfulness with regard to your own health and that of your fellow yogis.

We believe that we have stringently adhered to HSE guidelines, as we remained closed per government restrictions for most of the 22 months required until January, 2022 this was hard to do, but the right thing to do, and we now can continue to safely provide this much-needed service to our community.
