Over this half day workshop, designed specifically for women of all ages and stages of life, Lou will be journeying through the physical, energetic and spiritual pathways of women's bodies to reveal a layer of practice not usually accessed or considered in general classes.
If we are to truly harmonise body mind and spirit we must first acknowledge the energy of the womb, our inner moon, our inner yoga.
The workshop will comprise of deep asana, mudra, mantra, yoga nidra and meditation.
This workshop is not suitable for beginners.
