New Moon Sacred Women’s Circle with Sian Pascale at Ranelagh Fri, 7 Sep 2018 at 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start, time to manifest your desires, create space to support and nourish the creative element in yourself. It is time to refill your own cup and make time to connect with the feminine energy of the women you are practicing with, the Earth and yourself.

The ancient ritual of women gathering around the New Moon, to support one another and share sacred space is a practise we have been disconnected from in the modern age. That yearning to find empowerment from a space of the feminine, is seen in the new movement of Women’s Circles across the world. This phenomenon of female connection is what Sian Pascale celebrates in her monthly practises that take place across the world.

We will be moving through:
~ yoga flows and postures
~ energy shifting breath work
~ guided meditations and chanting
~ journalling and reflection
~ exploration of tantric shake healing techniques
~ sharing of stories and ancient myths

Sian Pascale is an experienced Energetic, Breath, Meditation and Yoga teacher. Her teachings draw from Mother India where she lived and trained for several years, learning through the hatha, ashtanga and tantric lineages. She teaches privately and collectively, locally and Internationally. Her self practise and dedication to the yogic path has allowed her to merge Ancient teachings into a modern language that everyone can access. She creates conscious experiences that reconnect her students to the rhythms and cycles of the natural world, in order to harness subtle vibration for deep shifts and expansive states of being.

“This was an evening where I was able to relax back into the sensual and flowing part of myself…to be supported by the nurturing presence of feminine energy, and to be reminded of my own divinity… Thank you Sian”

"A true and transformative awakening is what I have experienced by joining Sian’s events. With sacred intent, Sian creates a safe space so that we can go deep into ourselves by chanting, energetic and yin yoga and crystal bowl meditations, I am so grateful that this beautiful soul is bringing a community of like minds together."
Amanda Wellness Director & General Manager Willow Urban Retreat

"When people are asked to describe Sian, they use words such as: Authentic, Energising, Alive, Inclusive, Humble, Heart-Centered, Inspiring, Magical and even Goddess. Sian is not an ordinary yoga teacher, she is much more than that..."

Somatic Deep Pain Relief for the Back Workshop with Deirdre Mullins at Ranelagh Sun, 30 Sep 2018 at 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Have you got a niggling lower back pain that won’t go away?

This workshop is just what you need to free up your back and experience more ease and freedom in movement!

Somatic Movement is a gentle, safe and highly effective way to end chronic pain, improve balance, flexibility and posture and relieve day-to-day stress.

Most back pain is caused by habitually tight muscles. With Somatics, we work holistically, using processes that re-educate the nervous system, teaching the body how to let go of muscular tension. Awareness in movement holds the key to regaining voluntary control over chronically tight muscles. As you release tension, your mobility, flexibility and strength improve, restoring functional movement so you can enjoy normal activities in life with more pleasure and ease. Leave the workshop with less pain and physical tension, feeling relaxed in your body and mind.

This 2hr workshop is led by Deirdre Mullins Somatic Exercise Coach, Clinical Somatic Educator(500hr) and experienced Yoga teacher. She is passionate about sharing Somatic body-mind awareness practices which improve mobility, stability and function while helping to relieve stress so we can experience life more fully.

This workshop is of special interest to anyone recovering from an injury, those who sit for long periods at work, mothers with young children, along with runners, yoga practitioners, cyclists, walkers, or anyone who experience back pain.

No experience necessary, all are welcome.
