Yoga for Runners with Olwyn Kearns at Ranelagh Sat, 9 Sep 2017 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Pounding the pavement or taking to the trails is a mental release I've never quite gotten anywhere else. I've always said running clears my head and yoga feeds my soul. It does that and so much more! As exhilarating as taking to the road or the hills can be it can pay havoc on our joints and muscles if we do not take adequate care.

Whether you are preparing for a big race or new to running this workshop is for you.

Learn how posture can effect your stamina and performance. Gain insight on how you can improve performance with a pranayama practice. Learn how 'your' body moves. With some deep stretching techniques to help gain access to some of the larger muscle groups and those muscles you may not have thought were necessary to your practice - Preventing any future injury.

With more than 20 years of Yoga and Running experience- Olwyn brings this and more to the workshop.
