Below is the latest version of our Ranelagh timetable only. This is updated regularly. 'Anytime' means drop in suitable, course content is ongoing, so one can join in at any stage, any week. The majority of our classes are drop in, unless mentioned as a course. Otherwise , course must be attended over specific four/six/eight week period.

Intro to yoga, This course will cover the fundamental principles of yoga practice including asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing). We will focus on alignment, body awareness and breath.  This course will prepare a complete beginner to enter Yoga Foundation/Astanga or Hatha classes.
