Debbie first came to yoga in 1994 as a means to unwind from an active lifestyle. She started to practice Ashtanga yoga with Richard Freeman in 1996 and practiced at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder for 4 years. An avid skier and mountain biker, she was fulfilled by the physically challenging practice of Ashtanga yoga and this was her primary practice for many years. Over the years as her yoga practice began to evolve, she began to yearn for different approaches to asana. She has been inspired by the inner-body, exploratory approach to yoga of Barbara Benagh and Wendy Bramlett; the yoga anatomy teachings of Tias Little; and the breathwork, wisdom and kindness of true yogis—Emil Wendel and Clive Sheridan. This has ultimately led her to develop a slower, contemplative approach to her own daily practice and teaching which is grounded in alignment, breath awareness and engaging the natural intelligence of the body. Debbie also practices Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Dublin specializing in women's health, allergies, auto-immune and musculo-skeletal disorders.

Sinead has been teaching and practising yoga for many years. The style of yoga she teaches is Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa means flow so the class consists of postures that flow from one to another. Her classes are physically challenging emphasising correct alignment for a deep understanding of yoga asana (postures) through continuous flowing movement. Her classes are physically challenging so students walk away feeling exercised and calm. Originally having studied and trained under Dharma Mittra in New York. Sinead continues to study and grow as a teacher. She has recently found a new interest in Anusara yoga that she studies on an on- going basis. Sinead enjoys travelling around the world and checking out different teachers and styles of yoga. Sinead teaches pranyama (breath control) and relaxation. She is also a contemporary dancer and teacher. Her knowledge and natural talent for dance and movement hugely influence her yoga classes. Her teaching style and approach to yoga is unique and different. Sinead
