Welcome to Yoga Dublin Studios - Downtown, just opened!
We run a wide range of yoga classes for everyone from total beginners to seasoned practioners. Our warm and comfortable studio downtown is tucked away at 17 Dame Court, Dublin 2. We are on the second floor beside the 'Dame Tavern' and the 'Centre of English Studies'' opposite the front of the Stag's Head pub, and to the rear of George's Street South, where it meets Dame Street. Reception at our Ranelagh studios (01.4982284)is open 17.00-21.00 Mon thru Weds; 17.00-19.30 Thurs, 10.30-11.00 Sat/Sun to faciliate queries, Downtown reception (01.675 9860)is open 17.15-20.00 Mon thru Thurs, email is the best way to contact us though.

Teacher Training course
We are delighted with the reaction to our inaugral Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training Programme which began February, 2007 at Yoga Dublin Studios. The next academic year begins October, 2008. The Director is Dave Curtis, he is now teaching Vinyasa flow at Downtown on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Wednesdays at Ranealgh.
