Classes Timetable

Below is the latest version of our Downtown timetable. This is updated regularly. 'Anytime' means drop in suitable, course content is ongoing, so one can join in at any stage, any week. The majority of our classes are drop in, unless mentioned as a course. Otherwise , course must be attended over specific six/eight week period.

Downtown studio has a part-time reception: For any bookings/phone queries, please leave a message with phone/email with our answering service 675 9860 up to 5.30pm, you shall get a response during the day. After this time Downtown reception (same number) is open at during 5.30-8.30pm Mon-Thurs, or call in person during those times.

19.30-20.30 Introduction to Yoga, This course will cover the fundamental principles of yoga practice including asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing). We will focus on alignment, body awareness and breath.  This course will prepare a complete beginner to enter Yoga Foundation, Astanga or Hatha classes. Dave Curtis Suitable for continuing/drop in, this course may be repeated, or one may like try out the earlier class, level 1-2 and deepen practice!
