Gently awaken your Core & the Inner Fire as we mindfully explore the journey of self-enquiry that is Yoga, the awareness of your present-moment stream of experience (in a non-judgmental way) that is Mindfulness and the focused practice that is Meditation.
In this Yogarani workshop, you will explore gentle yoga flow and posture practice (asana) to mindfully ignite the Core and the Inner Fire from the inside out!
You will be guided through mindfulness & meditation practices. And our practices will connect to the energy of the April New Moon.
Curious about the Core, outside and inside?
The external (outside) dynamic of our Core relates to the physical and abdominal muscle toning and strengthening, back support and whole-body stability.
The internal (inside) dynamic of our Core relates to our core energy, feelings of personal empowerment, enthusiasm and passion.
Who should attend?
Anyone with some yoga experience is welcome to attend.
No prior experience in mindfulness or meditation is needed.
Suitable for anyone with a curiosity about Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga as Self-Enquiry. (Note: not recommended for Very first-time yogis)
