Deirdre G Graham
Deirdre Graham has enjoyed practicing a variety of different styles of yoga over the past 6 years, including hatha, vinyasa flow and Anusara yoga. She completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India in 2009 and also had the privilege of studying with a range of experienced and knowledgeable teachers across India during her travels. Deirdre enjoys giving her students a good knowledge of all eight limbs of yoga, teaching pranayama (breathing) techniques as well as meditation. Deirdre is a qualified bodywork therapist since 2005 and gives treatments in deep tissue massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Massage. Deirdre is also a Vipassana Meditator and practices regularly.
Amelia Dunne
Amelia trained as a fitness instructor in Litton Lane and holds an NCEF (National Certificate in Exercise & Fitness). She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with Bodyfirm in both Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (advanced) mat work.
Joanna Collins
Joanna Collins was born in Dublin and spent her youth training in London. Her yoga practice stems from a dance background namely classical ballet, contemporary and modern, so her teaching is rooted in an innate and precise sense of physicality. She began to train in India in 2004 where she spent 2 years experiencing yoga as a way of life. Her main practice there was in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, practicing with V. Venkatesh (Atma Vikasa, Mysore) and V. Sheshadri (Mysore Mandala Shala). She gained a teacher training certificate in Yoga Education from Yoga Vidyha Dham Institution and then completed her teacher training in Los Angeles at the renowned Yoga Works studio in Santa Monica with her mentor Annie Carpenter 
Joanna has been fortunate to study under many senior teachers including, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty, Erik Schiffman,Tias Little and David Swenson. In Dublin, Joanna has studied continuously with her teacher David Curtis and was apprentice to him on the Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training course in 2009.
Joanna is specifically drawn to the discipline of Vinyasa Flow Yoga because of the precise alignment and placement it demands on the body and its connection of breath with movement.
Now a mother of two, Joanna found how imperative her yoga practice was to her through the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood, and now also teaches both Pre and Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga.
Lena Anikina
Lena is a certified Stott Pilates Instructor and a yoga teacher. Lena has been practicing Pilates and Yoga for over 11 years. Former National swimming champion and a record holder she has been using Pilates and yoga as a part of her fitness regime for seven years. She believes that practising Pilates regularly can improve confidence and body image, develop core torso stability and back strength, release stress and get a better posture. Posture reflects thoughts, thoughts become the physical being. If posture and thought process are connected, then, in a sense, your thoughts are constantly sculpting your posture, changing your alignment. Working with clients she's been always amazed by the noticeable changes in them and not only from outside but also from inside! Lena’s classes are challenging and precise with an emphasis on breathing and flowing movement. Her energy and passion for exercise help people to achieve their goals and feel happy:-).
Lydia Sasse
Lydia did her first yoga class in the Himalayas when she was a little girl and loved it. Yoga has been a life long pursuit, but to give her a greater understanding of how the body works, and why it sometimes doesn’t, Lydia has also trained as a Bowen therapist and completed a diploma in physiology and anatomy. Having spent the last decade working with children and pregnant mums,she decided that working as a pre and post natal yoga teacher was her true calling. Lydia passionately believes that practicing yoga throughout your pregnancy and beyond, strengthens both the mind and body in preparation for labour, and paves the way for a more balanced and healthy life for you and your child.
Lorna O'Brien
Lorna has been practicing yoga and Pilates since 2012 when she started working at Yoga Dublin.

Returning to Ireland in 2012 after working in fast-paced Dubai she was in search of something new, which landed her at Yoga Dublin. Lorna's past experience in customer relations roles and background in marketing provided her with the skills to grow in this new environment.


When Lorna is not working behind the scenes at Yoga Dublin she loves to travel and managed to reach the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro on her latest trip to Africa!

Clodagh Mulvey
Clodagh is a registered reflexologist and member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). She trained at the Irish School of Herbal Medicine in Portlaoise, where she also qualified in Herbal Medicine, with an interest in iridology and naturopathy, gaining a Licentiate to Practice as a Master Medical Herbalist.
Clodagh is also a health writer and has written extensively about holistic health for the Irish Times and Metro Herald newspapers, among other publications including the NRRI magazine Reflexions. She is also a columnist for online magazine, InHarmonyWithNature where she writes about Herbal Medicine.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which views the two feet as a map of the body's organs and systems. Using a specific massage technique of the various energy zones in the feet, and along with dietary and lifestyle guidance, reflexology can induce a deep state of relaxation helping the body to breathe and realign itself.

Reflexology can promote the healing of many conditions including bowel disorders, skin complaints, migraines, hormonal imbalances and stress. The treatment can foster a sense of mind, body, spirit integration and a feeling of wellness and wholeness.

Jennie Cooper
Jennie has been practicing yoga since 2000. Since then she has practiced Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar and Ashtanga. She currently practices Ashtanga.

Jennie completed her first yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow in 2008 with David Curtis and her second in 2011 in Ashtanga with David Swenson. She has studied with Gillian Mooney and Sri Pattabhi Jois's son Manju. She has been teaching in Lotus Yoga since 2009.

Jennie's classes are energetic and dynamic. Students move through a sequential series of poses in a continuous flow while practicing a specific breathing technique (ujayi breath). The practice builds internal heat and detoxifies the body.

These classes will help to improve alignment, flexibility, strength and will help calm the mind.

Nikki McNamara
Nikki McNamara is STOTT trained Pilates instructor, NCHES Fitness Instructor and Reps Level 4 Personal Trainer. Additionally she is Pre/Post Natal Fitness Coach & Pre/Post Natal Pilates Instructor.
Nikki has been Personal Training, Teaching Pilates, Barre & Reformer for the past 8 years. She has a wealth of knowledge & experience that shines through in her classes.
Nikki is extremely passionate about health & fitness and loves nothing more than helping people lead healthy, active lives. She runs a successful pregnancy Health & Fitness blog and her aim is to educate, motivate & inspire Pregnant and new mums to lead a active, healthy life.
Katie Armstrong
Katie began practicing yoga in 1996 when living in New York, trying out many styles. Her studies and work in the area of psychology brought her back to Dublin. There she embarked on a year long course with Marlene ffrench Mullen at her centre - Sli na Bande in Wicklow. This set her up for the 600 hour teacher training course with the Irish Yoga Association in Dublin from 2001 until 2005 which covered every aspect of yoga from anatomy to asana to meditation and philosophy.
She has been fascinated by how the body works in all the poses, how the mind, the breath and the emotions react to the body's. She loves to bring yoga to anyone interested and believes that these practices are so important for the times we are living in right now.
She has practiced prenatal yoga through three pregnancies and births and loves to bring yoga to this very special time for women. She has trained in prenatal yoga with Judith Crowe, Wendy Teasdil, attended sessions with Uma Dinsmore Tulli and most recently a training on Active Birth with Melissa Curtis.
She has practiced yoga with many other teachers, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha, including Marlene ffrench Mullen, Miriam Brady, Gabi Gilleeson and Tony Purcell. She continues to learn through self practice, workshops, friends, her students. She teaches regular yoga classes in different locations, and prenatal yoga in Yoga Dublin. She has 3 children.
Rita-Anne Keyes
Rita-Anne Keyes is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Holistic Massage Therapist, Cancer Care Massage Therapist and also offers Food Intolerance testing. She uses natural remedies, including plants, to help bring about healing or to prevent illness. These remedies are provided with lifestyle and nutritional advice, tailored to the individual.
Rita-Anne also combines holistic massage with naturopathic treatment in her Rejuvenation Package and De-Stress Package.

Suzanne Neill
Suzanne is a STOTT trained Pilates Instructor, and had been teaching mat beginner/intermediate and advanced Pilates in Dublin since 2008. In 2010 Suzanne qualified with a BSs in Physical Therapy and Sports Massage and has also trained and worked as a Personal Trainer.
Suzanne applies her knowledge when teaching to ensure her clients attain the postural benefits of Pilates, improving flexibility, tone and core strength. Her classes are suitable to all levels of ability and fitness.
Naomi Sturdy
Naomi has been teaching for over 10 years. She originally qualified as a Physical Education teacher with a great interest and passion for exercise, activity and a healthy lifestyle.
Naomi began practicing Yoga in Dublin and went on to travel around the world practicing Yoga in India, Nepal, New Zealand and China. She undertook her 200 hours teacher training qualification with the YTTC in Dublin in 2010 and has since then continued training with many world renowned teachers in Ireland and abroad. Naomi has completed Advanced Yoga studies in India in 2013 and another 300 hours Om Yoga Vinyasa training with international teacher Cyndi Lee in 2015. Along with her Yoga training Naomi has qualified in Advanced Matwork Pilates teaching.
Participating in various activities over the years and with many years experience in physical training, Naomi has found that Yoga and Pilates balance the body and have given her a deep appreciation and experience in mental training to create an holistic approach to fitness and health.
'My classes are inspired by the Hatha and Vinyasa styles in which I have trained and inspired by my own training for sports and movements that I find beneficial for the body. I love focusing on particular aspects of the body to develop within classes and to also integrate flowing sequences. Dervla Arthurs
Dervla qualified as a Zumba Fitness Instructor in 2011 and is a self confessed Zumba addict! She achieved her Zumba Level 2 qualification in 2012 and was lucky enough to meet the founder of the Zumba Fitness Program, Beto Perez, at the Zumba Instructor Network Day. She is always on the lookout for fresh new moves to bring to her classes and regularly participates in Jam sessions, workshops and charity events around the country. When Dervla is not dancing around her living room, she works as a Marketing Manager and finds Zumba the perfect way to de-stress after a long day. Emma F FitzGerald
Emma Fitzgerald teaches Mindfulness Yoga. She trained with Jill Satterfield, (U.S.A.) founder and director of Vajra Yoga and the non-profit School for Compassionate Action. Emma loves teaching and over the past five years she has taught adults and children of all ages in Ireland, France and New York City.
Mindfulness Yoga emphasises being present each moment to sense the physical body with clarity and sensitivity and to explore how the skilful use of yoga postures and movement can enhance our over-all health and well-being.
The class combines basic meditative practices, physical asana practice and guided relaxation.
Through-out the class we cultivate an accepting and warm-hearted curiosity towards ourselves and our individual experience inviting mind, body and heart to be peacefully present together.


Alison H Haughton


Alison, an experienced teacher for many years started her love for fitness during her school-days, taking part in All Ireland athletic finals. After studying health and fitness in Bedfordshire UK , her first job was to overview the exercise regimes’ of clients in Henlow Grange Heath Farm, now part of the Champneys group, U.K., following on to teach in Johannesburg South Africa, then returning to Ireland work in Slenderhealth, Stillorgan.


She became a Yoga teacher after being introduced to yoga by one of Ireland's leading Yoga teachers Orla Punch and has had instruction from international yoga guru David Swensen.


Alison qualified in PPI (Pilates Performance Ireland) Mat Pilates/International Balanced Body and has built on this knowledge with First Generation Pilates Elder, Mary Bowen who was a friend and pupil of Joseph Pilates.
