Pilates enhances our mind-body connection and muscular re-education. It trains the body to be strong, mobile and flexible – and move efficiently and effectively.
Nancy teaches classical Pilates for our 21st century lifestyle. In her classes she encourages controlled movement, deep body awareness and mind-body connection.
When sport-related back issues threatened to limit her own active lifestyle, she turned to Pilates. Over a short time, with regular Pilates practice, came newfound strength, flexibility and mobility.
Having experienced the profound benefits of Pilates, Nancy then trained as a Pilates instructor in order to help others. She is qualified to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced mat-based Pilates, Pilates for Special Populations and Pilates with Small Equipment.
She is on the Register of Exercise Professionals Ireland (REPs).

Pilates (Level 1-2)
Suitable for those who have attended Pilates 1 classes and improver students who want to further their practice. Not suitable for complete beginners. €16 Drop-in
Pilates Mixed Level
Suitable for those who have attended Pilates 1 classes and improver students who want to further their practice. Not suitable for complete beginners
Not suitable if pregnant. If you have a regular yoga practice at Yoga Dublin and want to continue attending non prenatal class only some teachers permit students to attend when pregnant so please notify us when booking to check with the teacher.
