Juan's been practicing yoga for over 10 years. His background in martial arts and history of injuries brought him to yoga for the physical benefits but the practice introduced him to the mental and life benefits. Juan believes in making yoga accessible to everyone. His qualifications in mobility and flexibilty compliment his dynamic class styles. He's has taught in Ireland, USA and Costa Rica and likes to make his classes both playful and challenging.
