Catherine’s passion is helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She has an innate ability to work with people overcome the struggles they face and help them introduce the necessary changes to achieve their personal goals whether that be losing weight, building strength and/or increasing energy.
3BFIT stand for “Believe, Be Strong, Be Happy” and it’s Catherine’s motto which she instils into all her sessions.
Catherine’s focus area with clients include helping increase mobility, mind-set change, nutrition but mostly helping clients get stronger, leaner and fitter.
Catherine has a range of qualification including Personal Training, TRX, Training for Warriors, NCSC Phase 1 Strength and Conditioning, ISI Fat Loss Specialist, Pre & Post Natal and is continually attending different courses and workshops to help her keep up to date with the ever evolving industry.
