Aoife believes yoga is a transformational practice that encourages the union of our mind, our bodies and our spirit. It gifts us the ability to question, discover and create in all aspect of our lives as we become more open to what wonders the universe holds.
She has been practicing different styles of yoga for over 15 years having come to yoga to help alleviate an illness. Teaching and sharing her love of the practice since 2009 she is a Certified Forrest Yoga Instructor and has the privilege of being in continuous training & development with her teacher Ana Forrest. Aoife has also completed trainings and workshops with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter and is certified with Yogacampus UK. She teaches Forrest Yoga, Forrest Inspired Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga & Flow Yoga classes, workshops & retreats here in Ireland and internationally.
Her greatest intention is connecting to her spirit and shining light into the world hereby enabling others to do the same.

Early Morning Yoga 1-2
Start your day in an energizing way with an earlybird yoga class from 7-8am. This class will ensure that you start your day with a spring in your step.
The class will be vinyasa flow, suitable for beginners or those looking for a yoga class to start their day! So whether you want to stretch before work, or just start your day early with a nice class, come along.
Level 2 classes are designed to take you deeper into your practice by introducing asanas which will challenge you equally on strength & flexibility, so you can discover true harmony in body & mind.
Each class combines a dynamic asana practice with meditation, hands-on alignment, basic yoga philosophy, deep relaxation…and some good sounds!
As we suggest more challenging variations as your practice develops, this is a great place for you to laugh, play and grow in your own time.

Level 1-2 classes are for those with some experience of yoga – intermediate and more challenging poses are introduced but variations and modifications will be offered.
