Jennie completed her first yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow in 2008 with David Curtis and her second in 2011 in Ashtanga with David Swenson. She has studied with Gillian Mooney and Sri Pattabhi Jois's son Manju. She has been teaching in Lotus Yoga since 2009.
Jennie's classes are energetic and dynamic. Students move through a sequential series of poses in a continuous flow while practicing a specific breathing technique (ujayi breath). The practice builds internal heat and detoxifies the body.
These classes will help to improve alignment, flexibility, strength and will help calm the mind.
