Yoga Foundations Workshop

This workshop is designed to provide you with tools to enhance your weekly practice whether you are an absolute beginner or already attending flowing classes.
We will explore subtle rotations, space and stability in the shoulders, specifically looking at Downward Facing Dog, Chaturanga Dondasana, Upward Facing Dog and how to move safely and effortlessly between them in the Sun Salutations.
Each of us might have a slightly different expression of alignment in the same posture. We will work toward understanding alignment as it relates to each of us individually, bringing awareness to the way some fundamental yoga postures (asana) work, or might not work, in your body.
Expect to float out, both relaxed and energised, after a full-length guided Yoga Nidra, or deep relaxation practice. Bring warm socks and jumpers. Blankets and eye masks provided.
