This class provides an opportunity to learn about and practice meditation in a relaxed setting. Each class will include two 20 minute guided meditations, each with a focus on different areas of life and growth. For anyone who would like to enjoy a regular meditation habit and who would like to bring the experience into their everyday life, encouraging the benefits of having a peaceful and happy mind.
