As an internationally experienced Yoga teacher, Life Coach, Reiki Master and Professional Dancer- Laura offers an integrated approach to wellbeing through her expertise in Yoga, Somatic Movement, Healing and Transformational Change processes.
Her classes offer enhanced self-awareness, creativity and rejuvenation with dynamic sequencing, somatic movement and deep healing practices to refresh every body, mind and spirit.
Laura is a guest speaker and facilitator of practical wellness, stress management, creative expression, team-building and personal empowerment programmes.
Laura’s passion is to assist people in realising their fullest potential through positive life changes that enhance personal satisfaction, health and happiness. She empowers people with practical skills to enable the release of tension, trauma, stress and anxiety.
Laura’s previous career in marketing, event management and business development in Ireland, the USA and Germany provide her with commercial perspective and real-life understanding of the challenge to attain work-life balance, manage stress and achieve career satisfaction.
Laura studied International Commerce and Italian in UCD and International Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Cross Cultural Change at Harvard University. She achieved a Higher Diploma with Yoga Therapy Ireland, an Accredited Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching.
She has completed professional training in Contemporary Dance and Somatic Movement practices.
Laura is a Certified Reiki and Seichim Master.

Naomi Sturdy

Naomi has been teaching for over 10 years. She originally qualified as a Physical Education teacher with a great interest and passion for exercise, activity and a healthy lifestyle.
Naomi began practicing Yoga in Dublin and went on to travel around the world practicing Yoga in India, Nepal, New Zealand and China. She undertook her 200 hours teacher training qualification with the YTTC in Dublin in 2010 and has since then continued training with many world renowned teachers in Ireland and abroad. Naomi has completed Advanced Yoga studies in India in 2013 and another 300 hours Om Yoga Vinyasa training with international teacher Cyndi Lee in 2015. Along with her Yoga training Naomi has qualified in Advanced Matwork Pilates teaching.
Participating in various activities over the years and with many years experience in physical training, Naomi has found that Yoga and Pilates balance the body and have given her a deep appreciation and experience in mental training to create an holistic approach to fitness and health.
'My classes are inspired by the Hatha and Vinyasa styles in which I have trained and inspired by my own training for sports and movements that I find beneficial for the body. I love focusing on particular aspects of the body to develop within classes and to also integrate flowing sequences. I encourage each individual to challenge themselves to their own abilities in all postures. Movements are taught with a focus on alignment, breathing and relaxation.'
When not on her mat or teaching, Naomi loves getting outdoors and rock climbing!

Olwyn Kearns

Olwyn discovered Yoga in 1997 the first class she ever took was a Rocket Yoga class at It’s Yoga in San Francisco with Larry Schultz they were still calling the class Ashtanga Vinyasa at the time. Although finding herself in an advanced class meant falling over even in basic standing poses she knew she had found what she was looking for.
Years of traveling the world followed; finding the best classes she could, she finally settled on a teacher training in India in 2004. The opportunity to live for a month in an Ashram was too tempting and so worthwhile. Moving on from there she continued her studies in New York with Shiva Rea, more at Jivamukti, back to India again and again and continued to emerge herself in many styles from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Shadow, Anusara until now 20+ years later offering a style that brings out the best in all she has learnt. She still sees herself and probably always will as a student first. The seat of the teacher is not something she ever does or ever will take for granted.

Classes are always strong but safe encouraging students to bring out the best of themselves.

Our 4 week beginners yoga course is a comprehensive introduction to yoga.  During these 4 weeks you will be introduced to the basics of yoga, to lay the foundations that will help you feel ready to jump into any group class confidently or begin a home practice. We have a maximum of 15 people in each course to ensure you get the care and attention that is needed from your yoga teacher. Each week is designed so that a new topic is covered (with a little refresher of the previous week) that builds your understanding and abilities in the right order.
