Six years ago Sophie moved to China, she was living in a huge city that was busy, loud and stressful. After a couple of weeks she found yoga and her mat quickly became her happy place and an escape from the craziness of everyday life in China. She soon became hooked and has been on her journey ever since and is loving being able to share her practice. Sophie's favourite thing about yoga is that there is no pressure, no judgement, no expectations: it gives us the space to be ourselves, perfect just the way we are.

Sophie pays great attention to safety and alignment principles in her classes but she take a light-hearted approach and creates a warm and friendly atmosphere where we're all in it together. She always says that we should use the pose to get into the body, not the body to get into the pose and that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to yoga. She encourages people to tune into their bodies, find their own pace and feel what's right for them. Expect lots of fun transitions, dynamic flows with variations to suit everybody and loads of love from hands-on assists.
 
She brings her passion and love for teaching to every class and loves teaching a fast-paced Vinyasa Flow class just as much as a gentle and juicy Restorative class, and a bit of everything in between. Her hope is that you leave feeling strong, happy and nourished both inside and out!

Aoife Kane


Aoife believes yoga is a transformational practice that encourages the union of our mind, our bodies and our spirit. It gifts us the ability to question, discover and create in all aspect of our lives as we become more open to what wonders the universe holds.

She has been practicing different styles of yoga for over 15 years having come to yoga to help alleviate an illness. Teaching and sharing her love of the practice since 2009 she is a Certified Forrest Yoga Instructor and has the privilege of being in continuous training & development with her teacher Ana Forrest. Aoife has also completed trainings and workshops with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter and is certified with Yogacampus UK. She teaches Forrest Yoga, Forrest Inspired Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga & Flow Yoga classes, workshops & retreats here in Ireland and internationally.

Her greatest intention is connecting to her spirit and shining light into the world hereby enabling others to do the same.

Sibylle Dallmann

 
Sibylle is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and founder of the Yoga Lodge in Peissenberg. After she finished her B.A. in international business, she moved to Dublin, Ireland where she worked in corporate strategy and marketing for a number of years. It was during those years when she was introduced to yoga and began to travel the world to study with master teachers such as David Life, Sharon Gannon, David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Elena Brower, Manorama and others.
 
She was astonished by its impact on her life; something began to shift deep inside of her. Powered by that experience Sibylle decided to pass those teachings on and became a certified Yoga teacher in 2005. She went on to study directly under master teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York and received her Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Certification in May 2009. Since then Sibylle qualified as a massage therapist, a La Stone Therapist and continues to deepen her studies in alignment based Yoga Systems. After teaching several years in Dublin she moved back to her hometown where she opened the Yoga Lodge, a local yoga studio in southern Germany. She now divides her time between Germany and Ireland where she continues to teach classes, workshops & retreats.
 
Sibylle's classes are challenging, dynamic and precise. Known for her passionate and down-to-earth style of teaching, Sibylle integrates flowing sequences, precise alignment, meditation, intention and the philosophical aspects of yoga. Her classes are designed to make you laugh, sweat and continuously re-discover your own potential. It is her intention to inspire your heart to create tangible change on and off the yoga mat, so you can live your life with more health & happiness.

Start your day in an energizing way with an earlybird yoga class from 7-8am. This class will ensure that you start your day with a spring in your step.

The class will be vinyasa flow, suitable for beginners or those looking for a yoga class to start their day! So whether you want to stretch before work, or just start your day early with a nice class, come along.
