This beginner course is designed for anyone new to yoga or choosing to return after a break to enable confidence when entering the class room which they can take forward in hot environment or not at any of our 3 Yoga Dublin sites.
Don’t know if you can handle the heat? This short course is a great way to test it out, learn the fundamentals of yoga, whilst improving your flexibility quicker due to the warmer environment as well as some mindfulness along the way.
Each week we will build on postures, mindful meditation, philosophy and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, balance, strength, stress, sleep, injury prevention... the list is endless!
