This 5 week course is designed for beginners who want to get a good foundation of the basics of Yoga. No experience necessary, this course will take you through fundamental postures, breathing exercises as well as Yoga philosophy.
This course will run on Monday evenings 6-7pm over 5 weeks. Ideally the students should feel ready and confident to enter Yoga 1 classes after finishing the course.
