Following a car accident that left her with a back injury, Mich turned to yoga in the hope that it would help alleviate her constant back pain. She was immediately attracted to yoga’s balance of mind, body and spirit and marvelled at the healing effects it had on her body.

During her yoga journey, Mich found herself attracted to the grace and precision of Pilates, in particular its focus on spinal alignment and the building of a strong, healthy core to help heal and alleviate back injuries.

Within a short of while of regular Pilates practice, all those remaining back pains from the car accident began to vanish until eventually she was pain-free. As a result, Mich became a devotee of the Pilates method and immediately after completing her yoga instructor training, trained to teach Pilates. Mich has trained in Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Pilates for Osteoporosis, Pilates for Spinal Injuries, Pilates with Props, Level 3 Advanced Matwork and Reformer 1 & 2.

She has also trained in BarreConcept which she found to be the perfect blend of her great loves in life--ballet, yoga and Pilates. She went on to complete several other ballet barre training courses, including Pilates at the Barre.

Mich is also a qualified massage therapist and recently completed certifications in both Pole Dance Fitness and Liquid Motion, which is a style of dance that focuses on floor work and body conditioning. She frequently takes part in pole dancing competitions and won the title of Pole Dance Ireland Princess 2015. She’s also taken home gold in Pole Theatre Ireland and a silver and a bronze in the All Ireland Pole Dance Championships.
Unisex cardio and toning class with easy to follow choreography at the Barre. Time to switch off, leave your day at the door and rock out to some awesome music with a high energy workout lead by the hyperactive Aussie instructor Haelee.
 
Interval training based on ballet principals aimed to increase strength and raise the heart rate. Improve flexibility with this whole body workout (although we know most of you absolutely love the class for toning and skulpting your butt and legs).
