A gentle candlelit 2.5 hour self-care practice consisting of Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra.
During this time we will release tension and fatigue from the body. Slow down and calm the mind, allowing the nervous system to restore and replenish.
Leaving you feeling completely rested and easier in the body and mind.
Yin Yoga teaches us to feel deeply and become more flexible with our emotions and live in the present moment as we surrender to unrealistic expectations and negative thought patterns.
Yoga Nidra is the place between sleep and waking up. A semi concious place where the body falls into a sleep like state and into the deepest restful and most nourishing place for our whole self.
By cultivating a yin yoga practise we learn to stop being so hard on ourself.
Both practices are hugely beneficial for people with very busy lifestyles and dynamic yoga/strength building practises.
