Join Lydia in this new 2 hour yoga workshop designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated inside and out.
We will start by learning some facial yoga techniques that you can incorporate into your daily self-care routine to help brighten and tone the skin and muscles of the face and neck. These techniques are a series of short and simple exercises that plump up slackening muscles, encourage the production of collagen and increase blood circulation , leaving you glowing from within!
We will then move onto some gentle yoga Asana and pranayama , that will focus on boosting the circulation, stimulating lymphatic drainage and flushing out toxins from the body,: helping your internal purification system to work more effectively .
Finally we will end with a deeply restorative guided relaxation that will help counter the effects of stress on the body so that you head into the rest of your day feeling rested and revitalised.
